OMO · ON MY OWN
ABOUT OMO
OMO — On My Own — was built from a journey of growth, identity, faith and learning how to keep moving forward.
Growing up, I experienced foster care, family challenges and difficulties in school that sometimes made me question where I belonged and what I was capable of. Over time, those experiences helped shape the person I wanted to become and taught me that where you start does not have to determine where you finish.
In 2017, I began seeking God for myself, and in 2018 I was baptized. My faith became an important part of how I understood healing, purpose, forgiveness and growth. OMO welcomes everyone, regardless of where they are in their own journey.
Changing my name to Roman represented another chapter — choosing a new direction and becoming more intentional about the life I wanted to build.
On My Own does not mean doing everything alone. It means learning to stand in your identity, make your own decisions, believe in your potential and keep moving forward even when others may not understand your path.
Break the Cycle carries that same message: your past can shape you without controlling your future.
OMO was created for anyone who has ever felt overlooked, misunderstood, doubted or unsure of where they belonged.
